Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
- Experience working as a management consultant with external clients.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree.
- Experience in Human Resources, specifically in organizational design, succession planning, performance management, business consulting, coaching and development, talent management, data analysis, or employee relations.
- Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in HR and Talent policies and practices.
- Ability to be successful in both strategy and execution, engage in long-term, problem-solving, and engage directly to drive projects.
- Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills across executive audiences, situations, and contexts.

You will primarily partner with the Core Data team and the Cross Google Engineering team (xGE).
As a People Partner, you will work closely with business leaders to drive priorities on the people plan for Core Data partnering with cross-functional people operations and a broader Core-wide HR team.Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). Responsibilities
- Partner with executive engineering and PM leaders across Core Data and xGE organization to understand and support people/organizational plans.
- Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change by shaping and executing comprehensive people plans, managing clear communication of people strategies and implementing organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
- Translate company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
- Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution, and use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
- Support the selection and development of talent, and drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring, cultural analysis, and promotion of a respectful work environment.
