Performance Agency Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing roles.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.

Preferred qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with account management, sales, or marketing in a team setting.
  • Experience in areas such as online ad sales, business-development, marketing, or consulting sales.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Ability to prioritize and maintain focus on details were needed, with the ability to complete high-quality work.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Lead the digital transformation by growing and developing the local Agency ecosystem while building joint business strategies and supporting strategic relationships.

As an Agency Specialist you will partner with agencies in the Mexican market to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. You will advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video, and mobile to help them connect with their audiences.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive outcomes for a strategic plan for managed accounts such as identifying customer needs, campaign or product implementation, optimization, product adoption and expansion, and core account hygiene as a key contributor.
  • Craft and deliver solutions to agencies to achieve their business objectives and drive business growth for Google.
  • Partner with agencies and help drive relationships in order to work towards mutual business objectives, make contributions to building, growing, and maintenance of relationships to help manage agencies.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to determine and drive the sales, business growth, potential of opportunities, and marketing efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot agency problems with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution, driving the identification of agency needs, and translating objectives into performance strategy.
