Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in program management.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and leading cross-functional or cross-team projects and programs.
- Experience defining business requirements and driving operational efficiency (e.g., business strategy, data analysis, metrics and insights, process improvements, business acumen).
Preferred qualifications:
- 8 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience in influencing the development of new software tools and process-based solutions.
- Experience working in the computer science, networking or engineering domain, or working in a technical environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Identify and collect data to produce actionable business insights and recommendations for executive leadership, run ongoing and ad-hoc analyses in support of business objectives and operational effectiveness, and as input to key planning and business operations processes.
- Lead strategic initiatives to solve complex business challenges across the engineering organization. Drive change, influence decision making, and lead adoption of key business processes.
- Translate ambiguous business needs into clear and measurable objectives and actionable processes/programs, analyze organizational and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and increase cross-functional alignment.
- Define and measure performance on key processes and success criteria, and establish necessary program governance, to enable business execution and efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with partners and stakeholders, represent engineering's business needs and influence software and process development decisions.
