Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to grow in changing environments and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Ability to uncover stakeholders, customer and user needs and develop solutions for multiple audiences.
  • Ability to set goals for product adoption, influence others and deliver against goals and milestones.
  • Ability to take initiative, address issues, drive continuous process improvements and bring matters to completion.
  • Ability to translate offerings for sales and customers.
  • Excellent skills in quantitative fluency, with experience generating problem statements, identifying solutions and making recommendations.

About the job

In this role, you will drive adoption and growth of Demand Gen campaigns by motivating sellers and customers, leading cross-functional projects, identifying customer needs and developing innovative solutions with Product, Engineering and Sales teams. You will shape global strategy by collecting insights, defining product positioning, creating sales materials and partnering with regional teams to deliver impactful results in a dynamic space.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $120,000-$172,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop compelling narratives and messaging that emphasizes Demand Gen’s unique value and drive marketing objectives for social buyers.
  • Create core sales packages such as playbooks, pitches, claims, case studies to support and strengthen Demand Gen.
  • Partner with PMs and GTM teams to launch and scale new campaign features, optimization levers, tools and insights for Demand Gen campaigns.
  • Align priorities across PMs, regional sales, gTech and Marketing to lead execution of go-to-market strategy for Demand Gen.
  • Travel globally to support and activate sales teams, through roadshows, internal and external meetings.
