As a People Experience (PX) you will deliver extraordinary, hire-to-retire experiences for Googlers in the moments that matter most. We deliver end-to-end global HR processes (with regional nuances where needed) that are personalized and delightful for millions of candidates and 175k+ Googlers. You will be spanning Recruiting, Analytics and Planning, HR Operations, Vendor Management, Service Model Excellence, and Googler- and Market-level HR support.

Responsibilities

  • Own outcomes for one large or multiple smaller cross-functional programs as a key leader, owning work related to overall project/program management (e.g., risk management, communications, and planning).
  • Define and develop program roadmap, scope, approach, and establish program goals with realistic timing as well as leading change management efforts.
  • Oversee the integration of cross-functional or cross-organizational program timelines, develop process improvements and recommendations, and help define operational goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate resources and provide technical leadership in line with long-term objectives, enabling the business to identify and prioritize projects and programs.
  • Lead post-program implementation and propose /implement changes for continuous improvement.
