Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with organizational process improvements.
  • Experience on projects utilizing the software development lifecycle.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • 3 years of experience in Cloud Computing.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency.
  • Excellent customer service skills when working with internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to senior leadership.

The Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineering Operations team simplifies and scales the customer requirements life cycle from intake through to GTM launch. The team interacts across the CISO, Product and Engineering teams to ensure planning and engineering execution.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design and operate mechanisms that enable Cloud leadership to vet and approve programs that are the highest priority for Cloud.
  • Design and execute on detailed plans to achieve successful planning cycles.
  • Monitor and communicate progress on tight planning timelines, and de-risk challenges as needed. 
  • Improve ongoing planning mechanisms by defining user journeys and feature requirements on behalf of the user community.  
  • Manage a community of program owners.
