Preferred qualifications:

  • 8 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners at an executive level.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a mobile app focused sales team in India and drive operational excellence, execution discipline, outline a plan and lead the team through it, manage multi-quarter pipeline.
  • Set priorities within the team to appropriately engage clients across the book of business. Deliver against assigned quota and strategic objectives.
  • Work with other internal and external partners to achieve customer and Google success and contribute to the development of Google’s comprehensive suite of app install ad products.
  • Analyze data trends and client performance, develop strategic sales plans, and prepare and conduct strategic pitches and sales presentations. Serve as an advocate at events and conferences.
  • Develop and implement best practices for the business programs and markets. Ensure that the team is always up to date with the newest advertiser solutions.
