Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in product management, with 8 years in a senior leadership role.
- Experience leading cross-functional product initiatives from concept to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience as a senior product leader at a technology or cloud company, specifically within an AI/ML product domain.
- Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional environment, partnering effectively with research (e.g., DeepMind), platform (e.g., Cloud AI, Core), and Applied AI teams.
- Ability to drive large-scale enterprise business process transformation using AI.
- Ability to uncover root causes of complex AI/ML problems and provide clear guidance on solving them.
- Deep technical expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and particularly Generative AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, agentic systems).

The US base salary for this full-time position is $550,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Responsibilities
- Help craft our "Google on Google" AI story that we can share externally with customers and support their AI adoption journey.
- Guide your team to not only build innovative solutions but also to create a powerful narrative and a reference architecture for how large enterprises can succeed with Gen AI.
