- 5 years of experience as a Semiconductor Process/Yield and Product Engineer.
- Experience with data analysis using semiconductor production data.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and communicating with leadership and executives.
- Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Material Engineering.
- 15 years of experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing and testing.
- Experience with SoC and PMIC productization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Drive cross-functional efforts for Technology and operational readiness during New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Drive and resolve technical and operational issues of material, process, fixtures and equipment to enable delivery of product and manufacturing process during NPI into Mass Production.
- Lead production site qualifications for NPI, Yield and process improvements, development, and validation CIP.
- Lead suppliers to establish and validate process capability and performance metrics for consistently delivering quality products and for Excursion management.
