Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.
- Experience in ARM, Servers, Operating Systems, Virtualization, and Cloud Computing.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.
- 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
- Experience with one or more of the following: Hardware Architecture, Benchmarking, System On a Chip, Open Source Technologies, Technical Documentation, and presenting to Executive audiences.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of our Arm-based server solutions.

Responsibilities
- Lead the CPU software architecture, design, development and testing of Arm-based server platforms.
- Drive innovation in Arm server architecture and contribute to the development of industry standards.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and system engineers to ensure seamless integration and optimization, while engaging with cross organizational leads to co-develop roadmap.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Arm server technologies.
