Enterprise Account Manager, Telecommunications, Google Cloud (English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of technical sales experience in the technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, or data analytics products and platforms.
  • Experience engaging with accounts, selling a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Experience leading technical sales and account management for organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English with international stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling Infrastructure Software, Databases, Analytic Tools, or Applications Software with experience working towards sales goals.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
  • Experience with large commercial and legal agreements working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customers’ technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to exhibit confidence in a board-room atmosphere while providing advice to executive management.
  • Ability to communicate in Finnish fluently to interact with customers.

Responsibilities

  • Build executive relationships with a large telecommunications customer. Influence long-term strategic direction and serve as a business partner.
  • Discuss and manage the entire cycle, often presenting to C-level executives and public sector customers.
  • Lead account strategy in generating and developing business growth opportunities, work collaboratively with Customer Engineers and Google Partners in order to optimize business results.
  • Understand the customer’s technology footprint, strategic growth plans and business drivers, technology strategy, and engaged landscape.
  • Drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals by leading customers through the entire business cycle.
