Remote location: California, USA.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in event registration Marketing in a similar role.
- Experience working cross-functionally with various stakeholders and teams.
Preferred qualifications:
- Technical understanding and experience with registration platforms and HTML including understanding logic and rules in developing parameters for specific fields in registration system.
- Strong project management, customer service and relationship building skills with agencies or vendors.
- Exceptionally detail-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistent output, ensuring accurate information for internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific and varied audiences.
- Ability to effectively solve problems, think creatively, make decisions and take action, exercising independent judgment.
- Ability to adapt, multitask, and prioritize competing deadlines in an extremely fast-paced environment with little supervision.

The Events and Experiences team brings the magic of Google to life through physical experiences that make our brand tangible, human, and shareable. You will collaborate across teams and departments to create delightful, one-of-a-kind experiences that leave a lasting impression.
In this role, you will partner with the Events team to manage registration, travel, hotel blocks and customer service across Google’s largest tier 1 events, including managing vendors specific to registration, as well as ensuring vendor staff responsibilities meet expectations and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain event websites and registration forms using internal content and registration management system.
- Manage entire registration processes including project timelines, entering/modifying registration data, producing monthly/weekly/daily/post-event reports and registration lists, and ensuring critical budgetary guidelines are met.
- Manage and execute event marketing, invitation and internal and external communications strategy/plan.
- Manage onsite setup of registration including overall process, check-in stations, badge printing, distribution of event materials and onsite registration staff.
- Partner with external travel, transportation agencies and misc vendors to support scope of work across events ensuring the meet Google Security and Privacy policies.
