Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience leading design projects and managing people or teams.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work across various mediums in your resume (providing a viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with AR/VR/XR.
- Excellent leadership, cross-functional and cross-organizational collaboration skills.

The UX team works on technologies to enable the next generation of XR experiences and devices. The team designs, prototypes, and researches the experiences and interactions that set the direction for Google's emerging products across the spectrum of XR devices.

Responsibilities
- Lead a wide spectrum of design projects from idea and strategy through design execution, and across the full spectrum of XR devices and experiences.
- Lead development of visual/content/audio language for XR and scaled frameworks such as design systems and content design strategies.
- Lead UXE group, leveraging creative technology skills to create prototypes and explore product concepts.
- Partner with marketing and product, develop narrative and design strategy for key XR public moments and launches.
- Advocate for UX craft across Studio team and broader XR organization.
