Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, digital marketing, management consulting, or project management within technology.
- Experience in working with product management or engineering teams, executive leadership, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience in managing end-to-end projects or business initiatives from initial analysis through to execution, with experience in developing business strategies and managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical business).
- Experience with using data and market intelligence to identify trends, solve problems, and provide recommendations including building quantitative models and performing data analysis (e.g., using spreadsheets, SQL, or dashboards).
- Ability to structure a storyline and build presentation decks or documents to support the position.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent thinking and problem solving skills, with the ability to lead operational initiatives.

As a Global Solutions Senior Associate, you are the vital link between Google’s product innovation and our global business.In this role, you won't just manage products; you will turn cutting-edge innovation into complete, packaged solutions that solve real-world challenges for the world’s largest advertisers. You will sit at the intersection of Product and Sales, ensuring Google adopts the right strategy to drive customer success and shape the future of online advertising.
Depending on your expertise, you will lead strategy across one of our core high-growth portfolios:
- AI-Driven Performance: Orchestrating GTM strategies for AI-powered innovations (like Performance Max) that empower sellers and advertisers across Search, Apps, and Verticals (Travel, Retail, etc.).
- Privacy & Measurement: Operating at the forefront of a privacy-first world, developing the product positioning and data-driven narratives that ensure trust and performance for global clients.
- Video & Creator Ecosystem: Fueling the innovation that keeps YouTube free and accessible by building indispensable value for brands through Creator partnerships, Content, and CTV experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and GTM execution of global plans for new product features, including defining success metrics and tracking adoption. Synthesize feedback from business teams and advertisers to help influence the product development feedback loop and technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis of market intelligence, market shifts, and participants products to provide insights for the product area.
- Translate technical capabilities into business enablement materials, narratives, and market-facing stories.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Business teams to ensure stakeholder coordination and alignment on priorities and project milestones.
- Help to define success metrics and perform performance tracking of product adoption and business impact for leadership review.
