Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager managing cross functional programs.
- 4 years of experience developing and deploying data pipelines capable of handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
- 4 years of experience in the design and implementation of secure data warehousing solutions.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technical program management in areas such as data orchestration, visualization, and automation.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non-technical audiences, coupled with strong planning and execution abilities.
- Solid understanding of Operational Technology (OT) security principles, architectures, technologies, and the unique security challenges within OT environments.
- Aptitude for quickly learning and applying new technologies and systems with minimal direction in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of robust data pipelines for ingesting and transforming OT data into the centralized data warehouse.
- Drive the full lifecycle of the vulnerability remediation and dispatching tool, including architecture, development, deployment, and ensuring seamless integration with the OT vulnerability data warehouse.
- Employ agile methodologies and program management best practices to optimize team efficiency, streamline project delivery, and foster effective cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead the end-to-end program management of the secure OT vulnerability data warehouse, from initial design to successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.
