Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in SoC manufacturing development and production ramp.
- 10 years of experience managing production KPI’s with foundry, Outsourced Assembly and Test's (OSAT), equipment and turnkey chip suppliers.
- 10 years of experience working with semiconductor fabrication technologies, yield analysis, process lifecycles, and driving cost and quality initiatives in production.
- 6 years of people management experience leading technical teams and developing employees.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related Engineering field.
- Experience in foundry, OSAT operations and output management including yield improvements, diagnosing/resolving equipment related yield losses, test flow/insertion optimizations.
- Experience in applying AI/ML techniques to leverage trends from wafer acceptance testing, physical design and test yield data to drive test process optimizations.
- Experience across test insertions from chip probe to final test/SLT to finished goods, and with cycle time optimizations across the full manufacturing flow.
- Experience in SPC.
- Knowledge of probability and statistical fundamentals for data analysis and process control design.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define, lead, and build the SOC data decision systems needed for SoC products high volume manufacturing operations across foundry, chip probe, assembly, burn in, final test, and system level test to drive proactive problem identification and solution options to ensure on time SOC delivery at high quality.
- Use demand forecasts and manufacturing data to drive readiness across manufacturing supply chain.
- Create real time data views, reporting and indicators to enable the execution teams. Do this by creating necessary performance to metrics across yield, test time, cycle time, DPPM and equipment utilization across the full manufacturing flow.
- Utilize AI/ML models and data analysis tools to identify trends that impact product delivery schedules and recommend corrective actions.
- Accomplish these goals in a cross-functional environment working across silicon operations, supply chain, sourcing, engineering and external supplier teams.
