Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage engaging priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects while working independently to drive projects to completion with high attention to detail.
- Ability to be proactive, make constructive suggestions, and come up with innovative ways to scale initiatives.

Comprising Partner Operations and High Touch Support, the team consistently prioritizes partner and creator needs. Responsibilities
- Provide operational support for partners on the YouTube platform, primarily through email communication.
- Troubleshoot technical issues to enable Partners to maximize their performance on the platform.
- Serve as a consultant to internal, cross-functional stakeholders on the YouTube product. Work with assigned Partner Managers and Partner Engineers on account, sharing insights for partner growth.
- Identify key metrics to evaluate data both quantitatively and qualitatively.
- Contribute to scaling Partner Operations for YouTube through innovation, efficiency gains, and root cause analysis. Streamline the operational workflow by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks.
