Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in content strategy, business strategy, or related project/program management.
  • Experience with project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder influencing.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building strategic content plans and analyzing user data.
  • Experience in experimenting with new content formats.
  • Ability to translate user issues into user content strategy.

As a Content Strategist, you will work on the overall help and support strategy for users and customer care agents for products across multiple content channels (for e.g. help center, agent knowledge base, etc.).

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an understanding of all gTech Users and Products (gUP) supported content that exists for one or more products. Develop and drive overall content strategy, focused on user issues and product roadmap.
  • Work with our Production team to ensure creation and delivery of accurate, effective content for all supported channels, collaborate with stakeholders for content approvals and act as the main contact point to understand how content can support product launches, business goals, and priorities. Turn business goals into content solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize content using data, industry best practices, and experimentation.
  • Partner with gUP Product and Analytics teams to conduct experiments and user studies to understand user journeys and create the most effective content for end users, partners, and customer care agents.
  • Synthesize content insights, guiding principles, and best practices.
