Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6 years of experience in sales operations, financial modeling, demand planning, or management consulting.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and across all levels of management.
  • Experience in building analysis or data visualizations using spreadsheet software.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in business finance, consulting, or investment banking, in the Consumer Electronics, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, or Technology industries.
  • Experience generating insights from analysis on large data sets to drive business decisions.
  • Ability to work in an ambiguous and fluid environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to take ambiguous topics and turn them into engaging narratives for different audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, combined with business acumen.

About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for collaboration with a variety of stakeholders from with sales, supply chain, regional demand planning, product planning, product, marketing and finance, product to develop and refine our go-to-market strategy for Pixel hardware within the US Retail channel.

You will manage the consolidated weekly/monthly/annual demand forecast, retail incentive budgets, pricing and promotions. You will work with business counterparts to understand demand drivers and changes to forecast and drive business growth.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation and implementation of the launch offer strategies, partnering across sales and the channel. Generate and manage the promotional strategy and budget for the Pixel business.
  • Manage large data models and analysis to inform optimal usage of available budgets; identify and lead any relevant acceleration plans to close gaps.
  • Report on performance, engaging activities, and market dynamics. Adjusting strategy where needed based upon business conditions.
  • Build relationships with key cross-functional partners to drive promotional activities and Telco channel activation.
  • Guide and lead the annual planning process across Telco partners, ensuring volume expectations align. Help develop and deliver presentations for ad hoc and recurring meetings, providing insights on the US Telco channel
