Video Specialist (English, Hebrew)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or a product role.
  • Experience in working with digital organizations.
  • Experience with identifying and recommending solutions to manage customer strategy, and working with executive leadership.
  • Experience with managing video campaigns.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with using product and domain expertise to increase product adoption.
  • Experience in identifying and recommending new processes, procedures, and methods for product adoption strategy, addressing future needs by partnering and collaborating with regional partners/stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams and functions to address customer needs and close agreements.
  • Ability to be a thought leader of Google products and engaging landscapes.

The Video Solutions team works with Google advertising customers on the video and creative strategy across performance and branding.

In this role, you will have product and creative expertise across Google’s products, including YouTube, Demand Generation, and Display and Video 360 (DV360). You will have an understanding of the product's value proposition, campaign set-up and optimize best practices. You will work with the Data and Measurement teams on media effectiveness to assure end-to-end execution of Video campaigns.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and execute sales/product strategies within functions to clients to meet outcomes (e.g., business generation, product adoption, etc.), align product and business strategies to develop a roadmap, and provide feedback to inform and align product and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Identify business growth opportunities within the market and work with internal stakeholders to plan and drive the business growth, opportunities, and marketing efficiency, and the investment recommended to achieve customer business outcomes.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility. Plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders achieve project goals.
  • Share best practices, learning, and business strategies (e.g., issue management, pitching, business techniques, etc.) to upscale accounts, and link solutions and best practices to meet customer and Google business needs.
