Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Change Management, Project Management, Strategy and Operations or a related field.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building relationships at all levels.
- Experience working within a sales organization or with sales-related technologies.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently as this is a role that requires communication with the United States and Canada based partners in English.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Strategy and Operations supporting a commercial sales organization
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Understanding of regional market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will be focused on driving smooth transitions and ensuring successful adoption of new initiatives across Google Cloud's global sales organization. As a Regional Landing Lead, you'll be a key player in operationalizing critical changes, working closely with both the central change team and regional stakeholders. You'll be responsible for understanding the impact of planned changes in the region that you support, tailoring communication and training programs, and ultimately ensuring that field sellers are equipped to embrace and effectively utilize new tools, processes, and strategies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to ensure successful adoption of global initiatives within your region, providing proactive support and ensuring measurable impact.
- Cultivate strong relationships with regional sales leaders, regional COOs, regional enablement leads, chiefs of staff and regional communications leaders acting as a trusted advisor to facilitate change adoption and regional alignment.
- Develop and execute effective regional communication strategies, leveraging local channels and collaborating with regional teams to ensure impactful initiative landing.
- Utilize change management expertise and collaborate with the Global Change Management team to proactively address potential regional barriers to adoption.
- Partner with the Enablement team to ensure change-related training effectively supports regional teams in adopting new initiatives.
