TalkBack is awful to navigate. I use it to assist with reading for my ADHD and it can be a bigger barrier just trying to use the app than it is trying to focus on reading long articles without help (which is nearly impossible, some days). It's not user friendly at all, and it can't read scanned documents, which is a major drawback. It's better than nothing, I guess, but I get so frustrated sometimes that I have a meltdown and give up.

you have a couple of bugs that you need to deal with, regarding this app. when I take a phone call, and the call ends, as soon as I enable TalkBack again, the sound is going into the earpiece of my phone, instead of out the speaker, like it should. the only way I can resolve this is to restart my phone. also, since the last upgrade, the sounds free hard c, G and pee, do not sound quite right. the word class now sounds like glass, for example.

Unbelievable buggy. It causes my smartphone to freezes. Also, if you added it to the navigation panel and pressed it, it covers almost the half of the screen and doesnt go away with 'back' in navigation panel, nor it goes away with swiping it down, you have to only go straight up to the top of it which is the half of the screen and carefully tap outside of it, carefully to not accidentally tap other apps on your screen as the accessibility menu even here prepared a trap. Worst experience
