​I changed the settings years ago to stop new episodes from starting automatically because I was falling asleep with Disney+ running. And it worked. A few nights ago the series continued to run whole night. I checked the setting multiple times, even turning it off and on again. This morning, I woke up in a panic; my phone was dead, and I didn't know the time or if I had overslept. The reason: Disney+ ran for four hours straight after the first episode without stopping again. Please fix this bug.

When using Chromecast, rewinding either goes back 1 to 2 seconds or it decides to fast forward to near the end of what you're watching. If you want to resume watching something, it doesn't pick up where you left off.nit starts right back at the beginning again and you have to guess where you left off. It's worrying that this is the app they plan on going with for all their platformsn (Disney, Hulu and ESPN). It sucks.

Hi Bev! We appreciate your feedback. Please clear the app cache, reinstall the app, and restart your Chromecast by unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Reconnecting to the casting device is a problem every single time with your app. additionally, the fact that I have to enable subtitles every single time I want to cast means that I have to go through extra steps every time. If not for the content in the App, I would uninstall and unsubscribe. UPDATE: Since my 5 other streaming apps have no issues with my network, these steps are not helpful at all. The issue is with your app, not my home network.
