The app was working fine with no streaming issues, settings retained between sessions etc. With the most recent update, however, I've experienced a serious degradation in usability. 1. Steaming control constantly drops/bugs out in the app 2. Settings for language/subtitles is not retained between streams of movies within a session (e.g. I set subtitles to English, watch a movie, out another on, and I have to set them again.) Disappointing for how much I pay for this each year...

Casting experience is terrible. Have almost no control over a show once it's started. Sometimes it's like the phone app forgets it's casting and the controls disappear altogether. The "watch credits" button doesn't appear in the app (even though the skip intro button does), so you just end up stuck in a very slow autoplay loop. And it's very slow to start playing. The poorest experience out of all the streaming apps I've used.

So many issues, oh god where to start, downloads keep stopping, I have to remove them and start again hoping they will go through next time. Casting sometimes having audio video sync issues. Unreal error messages claiming wifi is slow, or simply not streaming for no reason. And now finally video slowing down making annoying sound with no audio. I dont even wanna know what else awaits... You should really test your app on more devices...
