It used to be good, but in early 2025, they started to play ads in in almost all podcasts even for premium users. A few months later to add insult to injury, they increased the price of the premium subscription. I refuse to pay more for an objectively worse service. And they still lie in their advertising claiming the premium subscription was ad free, when it is obviously not. What a scam!

As a music streaming platform I really like Spotify. It's great. A lot of songs are available and a great user interface. However, it is taking up huge storage space in my phone. I have only a few downloaded songs, but as time passes by the storage space occupied by Spotify keep on increasing. It's not the cache data, but something else. The only option is to clear the whole storage, which will eventually cause you logging out and removing every downloaded song data. This is really frustrating.

For some reason I am unable go freely choose the songs I want to listen to. Just days ago I was able to freely skip the songs I want (I am using the free version) Now it told me i get free skips tomorrow?? I thought they'd removed the 6 skips per hour and included unlimited skipping in the free version. If youre going to make the free version unusable then at least give unlimited skips.
