Reconnecting to the casting device is a problem every single time with your app. additionally, the fact that I have to enable subtitles every single time I want to cast means that I have to go through extra steps every time. If not for the content in the App, I would uninstall and unsubscribe. UPDATE: Since my 5 other streaming apps have no issues with my network, these steps are not helpful at all. The issue is with your app, not my home network.

If necessary, reset your router, update the app and device, clear the device cache, and relaunch the app as described on our help site. When it works it's usually pretty smooth, but it's slow to load, slow to connect, and often just gets stuck on the loading screen. The downloads are unreliable and sometimes won't work unless you connect to the Internet first, which obviously defeats the purpose of downloads. Disney is such a massive corporation that they are fully capable of making a better app, which makes the poor user experience of the app worse. They could fix this, but they're choosing not to. Disney + is the glitchiest streaming service ever. I've had so many days unable to do anything because I've spent the entire day, sometimes multiple days, trying to fix Disney +. even customer service is useless because they don't know anything and can't access anything. If their shows and movies were available elsewhere, I would get rid of Disney + in a heartbeat. Even paying for commercial free, still has commercials occasionally. Extremely disappointed.
